Noticed when one single instrument sounds it has a certain volume (loudness)
then when another instruments joins volumes are shared.
So if first was 100% loudness then both sound each at 50% loudness.
Total again is 100% but should be 200%.
So first intrument drops 50%. How to avoid this?

Um, not really. The volume of an instrument doesn't get lowered automatically when a new instrument is added to the mix. In fact, their combined volumes raise the overall volume of the mix.

Right on da hand. The more you add the louder it gets.
If you’re having problems, compressing or limiting the channel might take care of individual notes jumping out when they’re added.

Oh, I wonder if that’s happening because you have some gnarly compression or limiting ony your track already?

^ sounds like it.
If you have a compressor on the Master track... turn it off.

Also, research gain staging. It will help you understand how to set up your tracks best.
