Question about upgrading from Live 9 to Live 10 (both Suite)

Hi!
I'm thinking about upgrading from Live 9 to Live 10 (Suite) soon, but I have a few questions:
1) It says that Live 10 Suite has 70+ GB of sounds, but since I have Live 9 Suite I would image that I have many of these sounds already. Does this mean I will get duplicates of many of the sounds, or is Ableton smart enough to find these sounds on my Mac so I don't get 100+ GB of sounds?
2) Do I have to download a package with 70 GB right away, or does this just mean that I have access to these sounds later? My bandwidth is not the fastest, so it's nice to know before I purchase.
3) I have also various plugins, and I assume that I don't need to reinstall all of these once I upgrade to Live 10?
I have registered an account at Ableton and all the companies where I have bought plugins (Serum, Massive etc.), so I hope the upgrade will be an easy transition.
Thanks in advance!
