I keep finding my projects are playing sounds and I cant work out where they are coming from.
I have made a video here where I have removed all other tracks and all clips from the project but when I start it playing sound comes from one track.

Here is a movie showing the VU meter burst - no sound in movie though.

Did you accidentally record something on that track in Arrange view?

I have had this happen a couple of times in Live 10 as well but I have been unable to reproduce the bug. I've been using Live for over a decade and checked all the usual suspects (playing from arrange / checked routings etc) but couldn't find where the sound was coming from. I was thoroughly confused when it happened - a save and reboot fixed the issue both times.
