load default track preset when inserting devices

so i have a very simple "default audio track" and "default midi track" with a utility and an ssl eq
easy
every track i creat using ctrl+t / ctrl+shift+t will have those FX on it by default
however
if i click ctrl+f and search for "serum", and then i drag it to where it says "drop files and devices here", ableton will create a midi track with serum but without my default FX
if i drag an audio loop from my pc or splice or whatever, ableton will create an audio track with the loop in it, and will have my default FX
so its only when creating new MIDI tracks by dragging devices to an empty area
