BUG: Ableton's Chord Plugin...

Good morning all,
I keep experiencing an issue where I'm using Ableton's chord plugin to play chords with a single keystroke yet only one note in the chord rings out. It happens about every 1 out of 8 tries. The other 7 tries has the full chord sound.
What I'm doing is I have a polyphonic synth pad as a sound in an instrument rack, then I have a midi rack with three chains of the chord plugin. Each chain is mapped to a single note on the midi keyboard within the midi rack and each chain is a different chord depending on the note. For example:
Within the Midi rack:
Bb is mapped to my major 3rd inversion chord chain
G and D are mapped to the minor chord chain
F is mapped to the major chord chain
Sometimes the full chord rings out when I press the appropriate key, and sometimes it's only a single note. Does anyone know why? It's awful when you jump from a full sound to an empty single note sound mid song...
