Hello,

does anyone know how long does it take to transfer an Ableton license? I want to transfer my license to someone and confirmed the transfer email around 1 hour ago, but I can still see the license in my personal zone. When I try to do the transfer again, it says that the transfer was already initiated. The receiver did not get any message yet. From what I understand the receiver never confirms anything, they should just get a notification once the transfer is done.

Don't forget that sunday is a holiday...

receiver wrote to support, but I wanted to know personal experience of users (if the process is not automated and support has to do it manually, then by the time they read the request they can also do the transfer).

It's done by a human (who doesn't work on sunday in Germany)

Just passing on the info for future generations - the licence got transferred just now, so it takes a little more than 2 days to process.
