Extract chains with deactivated notes

When I create a groove with a drum rack, I often deactivated some notes that I want to take out, but want to keep their location for further variations.
Then I often extract the chains for further arrangement and mixing. But....
When extracting a chain from drum rack , live activates all notes.

(BTW The same goes for other parameters (viewtopic.php?f=3&t=234794))
From ableton beta support I got the reply this is not a bug. "...the idea is that you never should extract something to a new track and then start playing and hearing nothing, so extracted notes are made audible."... So I was asked to post his as a feature request.
I heartily disagree. If the notes were not audible in the first place, why would I expect them to be audible after extraction? And if I have deactivated some and others not, isn't it far less logic that I should have to go back and deactivate all those notes all over again after extraction. Disabling notes is not something one does accidentally, so why should live should have to 'prevent me from not hearing disabled notes'. That sounds silly to me.
So let me repeat his statement:
Please make it so when i extract a chain it stays 100% true to the original including all parameters.
BTW When I drag a drum channel out in bitwig it's identical.
what do you think?
