Auto save Plugin or function?

I was working on a great song last night, and of course i didnt save it. I added an auto filter and BOOM ableton live 10 crashes. I re-open it, and it didnt ask me to prompt my work. I even went to see how i could recover my work manually, but the directions were saying there should be files in specific folders that weren't there. I sent out a ticket and hopefully ableton can do something about this..

Moving Forward, I would like to have an auto-save function set to every 10 minutes. This way no matter what i am not being forgetful of forgetting to save my song and pray that if i open something as minimal as a AUTO filter, that ableton live doesnt crash. using live 10. Does this exist?

Live 10 already autosaves regularly. Did you look in the project folder for that song? You'll see a folder called Backup with incremental saves made automatically for you.

Ableton Live DOES NOT auto-save. Instead it just keeps the old save file as a backup when you MANUALLY save over it.

As I am researching this subject. Is there a way to do a macro in MacOS for autosaving? I also saw a simple maxforlive plug on a recent twitch stream that had a plug called "Save remind" with a timer. But I cannot find it at maxforlive.com
