Hi, I just picked up a 2015 MacBook Pro 13" retina with a 3.1 i7 *dual core* processor, 16gb, and 1TB SSD. I know a quad core is better, but will this run live 10 decently and for a while to come (also with using Push2)? I am considering selling this and upgrading to a 15" because everyone says go for more cores, but if I don't really need to, I'll hold off. I just want to make sure I'm going to be able to get the most out of Live 10 for a while. I mainly record, and midi in my hardware grooveboxes and then add vsts and effects in Live. If this can get me through the next year or two with heavy producing, I'll be happy. Thanks.

You don't NEED quad core, people have been running live on lesser computers than for many years now. Download the demo of Live and see if it works for you on that laptop, that's the best way to know if it will fit your needs.

From my experience it will run super nicely.
