detune midi bass track to match out of tune piano

Hi! I recorded 15 tracks all tuned with my piano, but when I added a midi bass (boom) I realized my piano is maybe a quarter tone flat (maybe less). I'm very happy with the 15 recorded analogue tracks and the midi bass: how can I detune the Midi (bring it down less than a semi tine)? I've had good luck detuning analogue samples before with the cents on detuner, but midi effects pitch doesn't have less than a semi tone, and frequency shift leads to weird "beats" and a monster-voice effect on the bass. I'd much rather not have to transform the midi bass into an analogue track, but if that's the only way, how should I do that?
thanks for your thoughts and expertise!

If you have a MIDI track then you have some kind of instrument that the MIDI is driving and that is where you want to make your adjustments. Look for a global tune adjustment in the instrument that will be able to tune it.
