Adding fx next to selected fx with keyboard shortcut?

Whenever I add effects from the browser with the Enter on keyboard, this device always ends up at the end of my effects chain.
And also it is not possible to add a fx into an audio rack with Enter key.
So I spend alot of time dragging around my effects to where we want them.
Could we please get an option, so we can add devices next to, or before, a selected device with Enter key?
This would speed up my, and maybe other users workflow alot.
