Dear Forum,

as a beginner I looked around a bit but found no solution on this one yet.:

Is it possible to record the MIDI Out of a M4L device into a clip on the same(!) track.

Can you describe what you want to do and why ?

Depends on the coding of the device as some have the ability to write notes straight into a MIDI Clip...

Most don't though so you need to record the MIDI Out to another track.
