As you can see the GUI for the max device should be in it's window down at the bottom and not floating and inaccesable above it. Seems like a bug as ALL max devices do this. Previous versions of Max did not, but I can't seem to find any info about it. Using a windows 8 on a wacom companion.

Should I update max? will this help?

Anyone have any thoughts? Answers?

Change the zoom in preferences, that used to fix it... These issues have been fixed though in the latest versions of Live and Max...
