Automation red dotted lines and white lines

Can someone please explain why there are red dashed lines AND white lines in Automation ?
(Flat) red dashed lines means there is NOT automation active for that parameter, so it simply shows the current value of the knob/slider/etc.
"White" means the automation is disabled. It is usually due to user tweaking the parameter manually (that overrides automation).

Click the Control Bar’s Re-Enable Automation button to re-enable, or the Re-Enable Automation option in the menu that appear when right-clicking (ctrl+click on Mac) the automated knob/slider.
