See this on the site, download is grayed out which leads me to believe that it is already installed but I can't find it in Live.

I am currently in the Suite 10 trial period. Are these other M4L devices just not available during the trial. I am able to download other sound packs etc. from within the Live browser but the "get M4L packs at ableton.com" takes me to the site - then it is grayed out.

Maybe you have the wrong license selected in your account.

Ah good idea. Will check that when I get back home. I do have a previous Lite license that is in the account as well. I bet that is it!

Hey yea you were right. Got back home and checked, switched licenses in my acct and was able to DL

Haven't tried it yet but I like the idea of it, especially with the swing setting right there on it. I hate having to apply swing to hats with the groove options
