So,

Does anyone have any idea how OPN got this really specific kind of... reverb/whooshing effect at 1:22 here:

It almost sounds like its pitching up as it goes on; it also sounds similar to a part in a live set at 3:40:

This track has such great sound design/sound manipulation that if anyone has any ideas about what he used in terms of effects or plugins it'd be neat to hear! I also love the vocal manipulation, etc. Just always curious about how these types of sounds are made, I find them endlessly inspiring. Thanks!

Not sure which sounds you're talking about, I don't hear anything special at those timings. Can you isolate the sounds you're referring to?

Not sure how I'd isolate the sounds but the first one is that kind of vocal sounding thing that sort of acts as a really quick transition to the pad afterwards.

The second one sounds less processed but is the small vocal/audio snippet during the silent part that starts after the vocal melody at 3:32 and it happens a couple seconds afterwards.

Sorry its not clear, they're both very small parts!
