Linking Korg Nanokontrol 2 with Novation Launchpad Mini in Ableton

How to do it, that Korg Nanokontrol2 8 sliders can use Launchpad 8x8 grid in Ableton. So If Launchpad 8x8 grid moving left or right in session view, then nanokontrol 8 sliders adjusted to it. Than Akai APC 40, Akai APC mini or Novation Launch Control XL/Launchpad combo.

The Korg doesn't have a control surface script so it can't be done in the usual manner....

Yes, I have M4L.
I use this "APC Emulation" midi remote script for my Nanokontrol:
viewtopic.php?t=193316
There are two grid in Ableton. There is 3x8 matrix for Nanokontrol and there is 8x8 matrix for Launchpad. The Problem is that the two grids can't move together.
