Zoom H6 fails to load zoom h6 drivers

Hi. I'm running windows 10 64bit with Ableton 9.7. I have installed the latest H6 drivers and have latest firmware. Ableton fails to load the H6 device ,both for stereo and multi track. This is on both my laptop and my desktop. Can you offer a solution ?

Live doesn't "load" the drivers, it just uses what is available so are you sure your Zoom is installed and recognised by windows correctly? Have you checked in deviuce manager to see the zoom is listed as an audio interface?

The solution is to plug the H6 into the usb port before turning on the computer. Launch Live and select the Zoom interface. Then it worked.

I have the same issue. It seems like a matter of luck if the zoom functiones as an interface or not. i don't know if the problem is with ableton (i can use it as an interface outside the DAW) or with the Device..
