Stretch MIDI Clips in Arrangement View

A suggestion to incorporate shift+dragging of MIDI clip-handles in arrangement view to conform/stretch them to appropriate size. Just like we shift+click and drag the audio clips in arragement view to "stretch" them.

I keep wishing I could just CTRL+Shift to drag out a midi clip. This would be game changing. +1
