Video export to indiviual tracks

Hi community,
I'd like to make a video with loops. Some sort of Andrew Huang style with several video and audio loops.
I've imported my mp4 video, chopped it, made a song and now I would like to edit the video tracks in my video software.
However, I cannot export the video tracks to individual tracks. What should I do? How do I go on editing my video?
In this video "Red Means Recording" exports the video tracks individually by deleting line by line... That's a lot of work when you have a big project

BTW: you can get MP4 video compatibility on Windows by installing the Combined Community Codec Pack http://bit.ly/2Daj6xL and the "Haali Media Splitter (MatroskaSplitter)".
