this seems like a mistake: Whenever you change the Time Signature in Arrangement View, the Clips don't change theirs, so the Grid of the Clips are not corresponding to the Position of the Song. The only solution is to make a new Clip...

It's not a mistake. Live started as an live performance tool and it's intended and important for this purpose.

But I found that this can be frustrating working with lots of time signature changes.
There should be an option or check box or something so users can toggle global time signature vs clip time signature
