• The one trade-off is that the license can only be sold/tranferred to students or teachers who meet the eligibility requirements for educational purchases.

An increase in price just because of wanting official confirmation is a deal breaker. Other sellers have been willing to do this. The way that ableton recommends confirming the licence is to email their support team with the potential buyer CCed into the email. I can replicate all of your evidence by right click, inspect, element and then editing the page. Therefore your evidence is not as concrete as you think. You are coming across as if you are trying to pull a fast one. Thank you for your offer, but I can't accept.

Due to havesomefun's guidance I will correct my mistake. Thank you for noting it as I would've been unaware such a process exists. I am sure you are offended by my price increase and can understand your frustrations.

I will CC email Ableton support for anyone that is unsure at $230 due to the increased paranoia. I didn't mean to be pushy for anyone, I'm just another fresh broke graduate trying to save my money during this pandemic. This was my mistake for increasing the price. So if anyone still wants it I will make a new post. Thank you "havesomefun"
