Create a MIDI Effect Rack
Click Show Chain List button and create a Chain
Click Key button and key zone that Chain to cover only C3
Rename the Chain C4
Right-click the Chain List and select the option Show Names in MIDI Editor
Repeat for all notes.

Just doubling you can make exactly 128 Chains fast, 1>2>4>8>16>32>64>128 (128 is how many MIDI notes exist)

But I made a Rack for that already, I put it in Dropbox:

You will have to rename yourself though.

IMO just get used to C3 as middle C, seems all german DAWs use that "yamaha" standard (plus Yamaha itself, of course).

Better than FL's C5 as middle C

I hate the “middle C is either C3 or C4” thing. Especially when, like e.g. Moog, the instructions for calibrating something that’s voltage controlled say, for example, to send it MIDI note C3 without defining which numbering standard they are using. It would be much better if the MIDI note number was used instead. Given how much synth manufacturers co-operated over creating MIDI in the first place it’s baffling why they didn’t agree on octave numbering while they were at it.

We really should have the option to change middle C in the piano roll. It's one octave lower than every synth plugin. It's annoying when you use analyzers and you are programming with a mouse.
