I wonder how this works, If I want to upgrade from suite 9 to standard 10 will i lose stuff thats not included in the standard version like the audio effects and max for live?

If you want to use the items that came with Suite, you need to upgrade to suite too. Otherwise they won't show up in Live 10, only Live 9.
