How can the drawing speed be improved when playing back in arrangement view with "follow" enabled?
It's very choppy, about 10fps.
Since Live doesn't have video settings, are we stuck with this behavior, or is there another way?

You can't change it. I never felt it to be unresponsive though.
You can also simply deactivate it (in the preferences) and you'll get "page" switching instead.
