Master track export poor quality, individual track export fine

hello
everytime I've exported my master track in ableton the sound quality is extremely poor...some tracks are barely audible and it just sounds plain bad. however, when I export all individual tracks, they sound just fine...so I'm guessing its a master track problem. I cant think of anything on my chain that could be causing this. Im using red 2 eq, loud max, youlean loudness meter and bassroom on the master track.

export sample rate and buffer the exact same.
any help would be appreciated :)

Loud Max is a Loudnessmaximizer? Remove that from the chain and listen again........ could be the culprit!

Try removing all those plug ins on the master and exporting the master again. If it sounds fine that way, you know it's an issue with one of the plug ins.

I got rid of all the master plug ins, still sounds the same (terrible). What can I do ? I've spent days trying to figure this out to no avail.

I've tried exporting all the individual tracks into another DAW 9garage band and audacity), but always run into problems. My more bassy tracks have also started sounding bad on export, peaking and clipping, though I've made sure thatin ableton they don't peak or clip, and everything sounds great in ableton.

the drums and bassy tracks sound really muffled in the export, but fine and balanced in ableton

I've played the export in vlc and iTunes, same results.

i could resample the master, but im using lite so am limited to 8 tracks, which i already have and don't want to take out a track because of this.

Only I can think of;
Lower all your track levels (maybe master is clipping)
Turn off normalization in export
Export in 44,1 kHz and when playing back the exported audio make sure your audio is set to 44,1 kHz

Else, please Please post a screenshot of your export settings and a screenshot of live when all the tracks are playing

Good luck
