Max Audio editor not working

it just launch max and does nothin. Then max ask me to buy its subscribtion.
tried resseting and every other thing already

You have to launch the Max editor from a loaded Max device within Live, you can't launch it standalone.

If your issue is within Live 9, not 10, I had it too, and solved it by opening Max first, then Ableton Live 9.
