Hi.

Is there a way to make the waveform follow/attach to the slice markers in Simpler? So that when you drag the marker the wave form goes with it?

No, it only slices.

Knowing this, is there a way to get perfectly time warped samples into simpler?

I think you need to render the file to audio (as Warping is actually a real-time process), by using Freeze/Flatten, Consolidate or Resampling.
