When using Komplete Kontrol as a plugin in Ableton Live, how do I use my Native Instruments A25 to control Komplete Kontrol instrument parameters?
Any guidance appreciated.

I don't know the NI line of products, your question is very confusing. I googled Komplete Kontrol and Native Instruments A25 and got hits for keyboard controllers. I don't follow, doesn't really matter. edit - I think you mean how do you use the Komplete Kontrol A25 in Live.
