Hi

Just discovered that the VST2 is crashing Ableton (not the VST3)

Loading an instance of the Mini V V3 VST2 is giving me the Ableton has encountered a serious error message

The instrument works in the Analog Lab shell without crashing

Anybody else?

Fixed this by going to preferences / plugins tab & toggling the use vst2 button off then on and then hitting rescan while holding Alt (PC).

Hope this helps somebody. Cant remember which other plugin it was, might have been a waveshell, but I seem to remember a previous unrelated issue got fixed using this method too.

Mine won't open at all. It crashes scanning vst2. I uninstalled all the plugins I had. frustrated.
