24 hrs gone by...still no serial number!!!

Anyone know how long it takes to get a serial number??? I ordered Live 5 yesterday, exactly 24 hours ago and I still have not received a serial number from Ableton. What gives? When I ordered, it said that I would get a serial number so I can start using Live 5 right away and not have to wait until I got the box.
Usually when I order downloadable software online, the product is delivered immediately. I finally have some time to work on some music this weekend and still no Live 5.
Anyone from Ableton reading this, please shed some light on when I can get my SN!!!

well i got mine instantly on the next page..and arrived in email about 2 minutes later

same here - it gives you the serial number online as soon as you've bought it and the email arrived about 30seconds later

same here...
email took some time (10 minutes) but I had it allready in the final page after the credit card page...
maybe it's a different routine if you buy the boxed version?

Nope....at least not for me. Bought the boxed version (I have a thing for printed manuals) and the serial number was on the final page. Also arrived by email right away.

I received my SN immediately as well. I also received it via e-mail within moments of placing my order.
If you have online access to your CC provider, you can check to see if a temporary authorization was granted to Ableton for the funds. If no authorization has been granted, that would explain why you haven't received yoru serial number.

I bought the latest ver 5 yesterday night no problems at all receiving the serial number. As was explained before it also shows you the serial number after paying with credit card, also received it via email.

If you ordered it and went to the end of the payment process, with a confirmation that your payment was indeed processed, your live 5 serial should at least appear in your registration page on Ableton's website.
Otherwise that could mean there was a problem during the order/payment, then I would advice you wait for monday to get contact with Ableton.

I also got my serial right there on the last page after payment, but haven't received any email.
