freeze/unfreeze

I am not sure if I missing something here but I seem to have found a Live 5 problem. Create a track(s), freeze it, hit play/record, now when you hit stop the track(s) unfreeze themselves. If suddenly (if you have lots of unfrozen tracks) the cpu freeks out. Am I missing something?
