Set it to "Global"

Samples Not Syncing With Samples In Browser
Anyone who has struggled for months like me trying to figure out why there audio in the browser is not syncing with main tempo here is the answer.....!!
Go to preferences
Launch
Default Launch Quantization.
Set it to "Global"
OMG!
Ableton could not answer this...
