Collection Folders

The ability to create relative folders in the collection tags.
It's all very well tagging a bunch of stuff, but the inability to organise things from there is quite fustrating.
I did try doing this using the user library, but then i just end up with a bunch of duplicates. My library is already highly organised, and i don't want to uproot it for seasonal changes (if you catch my drift).
