Yep, nah it was Ill Gates, and I would bet it was done on purpose to get the conversation going for an announcement in the next days or couple weeks.

It looks that there is a way to sync with audio ? That's awesome.

I think those illgates pics are screenshots from the beat academy video (that one with a green track named "zoology" is, for sure), so probably it was not really coordinated. The video was taken down already.
The video was actually really nice, the new features are great and he explained them well, and what is not talked about in the vid makes me even more curious.
Honestly, I marvel at how competent Ableton is.
I used to be annoyed by the Ableton haters, but at this point I actually pity them, the poor B'strds.
What a pathetic way to live, hating Live.
EDIT: Apologies to the mod to whom I implied I would not post late night drunk again, couldn't resist having seen that video. I actually downloaded it (knew it was going to be taken down) and watched it multiple times while drinking wine, LOL. Sorry.
