Follow Actions.

I can't for the life of me get follow actions to work. I must be missing something simple.
At the end of the song, I want the next clip to start in its loop.
So I setup a follow action to trigger at the time of the end of the song, the type of "Next" and the change being 1:0 where the 1 is the "Next" option.
But the next item does not trigger!
Ive tried moving the trigger a litle early, I've tried doing other types like previous and randomize, I've also tried different ratios of probability. But none work.
Am I missing something obvious?
