Hi all,

Anyone having an extremely hard time getting hold of support? I have contacted support (via their form submission system since phone is unavailable) on four separate occasions this week and have received zero response on a new Ableton order. Is this normal?

Our support line is backed up much more than normal since Covid started. They'll definitely get back to you, it's just taking longer than normal, sorry!
