I've tried looking all over to find a solution before posting on here but to no avail lol. I'm having an issue with my Korg Minilogue xd. Everytime i get a sound that i like and am ready to record or start work on a different channel/part of the track ; whenever i press a different button, e.g The record button or triggering another midi clip, the sound on the minilogue detunes and sometimes all together stops. Not sure what could be causing this issue here and I've tried looking all over. any help would be great. Cheers

It would help to know what version of Live you have, and what system you have, Mac or Windows.

Also, how are you controlling Live? Do you have a variant of the Push I /II /III / ? Or are you controlling Live directly via mouse and keyboard?

Live could be sending MIDI cc messages to everything connected on Midi including the XD.
You might want to try a program like MIDI YOKE to see what MIDI messages are being sent and received through your various MIDI ports.

Either its something like a program/patch change cc, or you're sending CC, the equivalent of turning a knob on the XD.

You may in the past have configured your LIVE to send/receive CC from other gear that is no longer connected to LIVE but which Live still sends or listens for.

BTW, after tweaking your sound on the XD, did you save it as a patch, or was it just left raw?

Besides the MIDI communication angle, you may have something in LIVE with a pitch change enabled. ;0)

Does the sound on the XD still play ok via its keyboard or an external keyboard? Are you using CV?
