does anyone have any experience troubleshooting problems sending to someone with wetransfer?
my account is pro, the files are being received but aren't complete, just blank tracks...

I always zip anything first before I send to people. Been using WeTransfer daily with my clients since it first came out, and never had a single issue with corrupted or incomplete files that way. The only issue I've ever had with WeTransfer was not getting the email letting me know someone sent me something a couple times.
