Re-installation Process:
- I transferred all my licenses to the waves cloud.
- Uninstalled everything
- Manually removed all remnant and hidden folders
- CCleaned the remaining garbage
- Re-downloaded Waves Central & Offline Installer for my older plugins
- Reinstalled Waves Central and my plugins and licenses
I even tried just uninstalling all v12 plugins before this, one of which I'm actually using in my project, and the problem still occurred.
