Click and pop..?

Hi,
I have a nice guitar audio clip that I have transposed up 3 semitones.
The result has strange pops and clicks. The original key sounds great.
What can be wrong?

Warping mode probably

Try Complex Pro as warping mode, and also try increasing buffer size.
