How to get the Echo device/plugin if you don't have Suite?

Hey, Y'all
I recently stumbled upon a tutorial for Echo that had me drooling: it can be a chorus/widener/flanger too?! It is too epic. However, I don't want to shell out the $350 to upgrade to suite, I'd rather just buy that plugin itself. Sales support isn't working right now- does anyone have any clues/ideas? Much thanks to you!
