Ableton Live 10 30-day trial ended within one week

Hi all, apparently my Ableton Live 10 Free Trial period ended all of a sudden. I registered and installed it on my PC just a week ago... For the last few days I am getting the attached message any time I launch Ableton now. Anyone could help please? I conacted the support team 3 days ago but I am not yet getting back any response. I thought the free trial was for 90 days or am I msising something? Thank you.
