Short Sample Playing too Quiet

Something weird happening here, I have a very short sample that I always use for a click to sidechain with and now for some reason its very quiet on playback (-12db at least) even though the clip info says its at 0db. Even weirder if i lay out the sample where i want and consolidate into a more managable sized clip its nearly silent after consolidation. The waveform dang near disappeares entirely. Any idea why this would be happening?

Took me a little while to check if it was fades causing this but it does it even with no fade on the clip, still havent been able to figure this out. Anybody got anything else?

Actually I just got it, when I turned warp off it consolidated correctly.
