From what I understand not everything speaks portamento, but shouldn't it be possible for Ableton to make a portamento MIDI effect?

My MIDI sounds so much better when using the portamento pedal on my Yamaha Clavinova

It's CC65 for on/off and CC5 for time/rate.

Map those to the receiving instrument, as always.
