How Do You Import A Song into Live For Reference Track?

I'm from another planet.
I have a song in mind I want to use as a reference track. (Listen to new music on YouTube)
Where do I get it and how do I get it into Live? Do I need to purchase it?
I am new to iMac. So I do have Apple Music and iTunes. (empty now)
Where do you get your music to use for reference tracks?
Stupid questions and obvious answers are something I have to deal with as someone from another planet.
