Undo not working at all

Undo not working at all

Only realised today 'Undo' is not working at all. I also seem to have a problem with 'windows focus', I have to click on the window for shortcuts to work...
I'm on windows 10 if anyone else has this problem.

Sorry, I should have mentioned, this is a problem in the arranger window. Session seems to be fine...

And what's written in the Undo list when this happens?
