Identifying a plugin that's causing Live to crash at launch

Hi all.
Been having issues with Live 11 crashing on launch. I know it's a third-party plugin that's causing the issue (when I launch Live while holding the Alt key to skip plugin initialisation, Live launches perfectly).
1. How can I work out which plugin is causing the issue?
2. Is there a smarter way to work this out aside from literally disabling/removing each plugin one-by-one?
3. Could a plugin that isn't used in the track be causing the crash? (i.e. do I also need to try removing every plugin that isn't being used in the track?)
Any help or advice you can offer would be hugely appreciated! Thank you.
