Live 11 completely unusable

10 was running fine on my Mac. Very stable. Live 11 on the other hand, is completely unusable. I can work on a project and save it but when I try to reopen it, Live just crashes every time. Updates have done nothing to change this. Sending crash reports every time.

Update your plugins, as one of those is causing this.

Oooof. I don't suppose you can give any more deets? Like Mark said, likely a plugin issue? Does Live do this with an empty set? On brand new projects? On projects that only use native Live devices?
Unfortunately, those things usually take some trial and error (and time) to figure out.

Thanks Gents...good to know and I had a suspicion it was a plugin. At first I thought it might be my UAD Apollo, because sometimes it loads up ok when the Apollo isn't on.

Im afraid it will be trial and error, updating each plugin until you find the culprit.

Agreed. I am on a newer MacBook Pro and was sailing along with Live 10. Live 11 is causing crashes, CPU hogging, glitches, popping, etc.

like i said in an other thread. 4 tracks and i cant use ableton anymore...

luckily i don't earn my living with it
