Can't hear in-ear monitoring & can't play back recordings

I recently got a Behringer U-PHORIA UMC202HD and decided to try to record my guitar with it. When I change the In, Auto, Off to In, I can't hear my guitar when I'm playing it, even though Ableton says there is input. I am trying to hear it through my headphones that are connected to my pc.
I have also recorded my guitar, but when I try to play it back, I can't hear it.
I'm using Ableton Live 10 Lite.
Can anyone help me?
